SYNTONYL LLC
Client terms.
These Terms govern your use of IVOKER, the client application provided by Syntonyl LLC. By accessing or using IVOKER, you agree to these Terms and your applicable service agreement.
01 / The service and access
IVOKER is provided to invited, approved clients under the applicable service agreement. The features available to a client depend on the account, permissions, and capabilities enabled for that client. Public information about the product does not itself grant access to the client service.
03 / AI output and human review
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing important outputs, professional judgments, and external actions before relying on them. IVOKER does not replace a qualified tax, legal, or other professional's review where that review is required.
04 / Connections and action approval
Connecting Google or Microsoft is optional and requires separate sign-in and consent. Account access is limited to the connection and supported content you approve. Where enabled, Google Drive reading requires its own permission.
Connecting an account is not blanket authorization to send, change, delete, or share information. Sending mail requires separate approval of the message in IVOKER. Other external actions require the relevant enabled capability, permission, and action approval; a connection alone does not supply them.
05 / Authorized computer work
When you authorize computer work, relevant screen, browser, file, and action information may be processed to carry out that work. Computer access and account connections are separate from authorization for a particular external action. Request only work involving systems and information you are entitled to use.
06 / Client information and privacy
The IVOKER client privacy notice describes information processing, connected services, infrastructure providers, operator access, retention, and deletion. Client information is scoped to the relevant firm and authorized account. Authorized Syntonyl operators can access client conversations and operational information to provide the service.
Relevant content is supplied to external service providers as described in that notice. These terms do not promise that all processing is local to your computer or that external providers retain no information.
07 / Disconnecting, access, and deletion
You can disconnect supported account connections or revoke provider permissions with Google or Microsoft. Disconnecting stops subsequent use through IVOKER and removes its stored local authorization; it does not automatically remove information already included in conversations or backups.
Access may be suspended or revoked through the established service controls. Disabling access or uninstalling the app does not itself delete server records or backups. Syntonyl retains client information indefinitely until deletion is requested. Deletion requests require verification of the requester's authority and agreement on scope, including the handling of backup copies and any restrictions, as described in the privacy notice.
08 / Service agreements and questions
Your applicable written service agreement governs availability, pricing, usage limits, termination, governing law, liability, and other commercial or contractual terms. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written service agreement controls.
