SYNTONYL LLC

Privacy notice.

Effective October 27, 2026

This notice covers the IVOKER client application and its connected-account features.

01 / Service operator and contact

IVOKER is provided by Syntonyl LLC to invited clients. Contact dbuisn@gmail.com for support, privacy questions, access to your information, or a deletion request.

02 / Information we process

We process account and device details, conversations, uploaded and generated files, task instructions, preferences and memory, task results, and operational records to provide and secure IVOKER. When you authorize computer work, relevant screen, browser, file and action information may be processed to carry out that work. Client information is scoped to the relevant firm and authorized account. Authorized Syntonyl operators can access client conversations and operational information to provide the service; other clients cannot access your firm's information through their accounts.

03 / Google and Microsoft connections

Connecting Google or Microsoft is optional and requires separate sign-in and consent. IVOKER accesses the account information and supported mailbox content permitted by the connection you approve. Sending mail requires a separate approval of the message in IVOKER. Where enabled, Google Drive reading requires its own permission. Disconnecting a connection stops subsequent use through IVOKER and removes its stored local authorization; it does not automatically delete content already included in conversations or backups. Provider permissions can also be revoked with Google or Microsoft.

04 / Infrastructure and service providers

IVOKER runs on operator-managed infrastructure. Relevant content is supplied to OpenAI for model processing. Cloudflare provides the public connection and download sign-in boundary; Google and Microsoft provide connected account services; Amazon Web Services holds encrypted backup archives. Public research sends a search query to Microsoft's Bing search service and contacts websites selected for reading. A local Codex task, when explicitly allowed, uses the client's installed Codex and its configured account. Each provider has its own applicable data-handling terms. This notice does not promise that all processing stays on your computer, or that external providers have zero retention.

05 / Retention and deletion

Syntonyl retains client information indefinitely until deletion is requested. Contact dbuisn@gmail.com to request deletion and identify the account or firm and information concerned. We verify the requester's authority and agree the deletion scope. Requests must account for both active records and backup copies; we confirm the handling of those copies and any restrictions rather than promising instant erasure from every copy. Disabling access or uninstalling the app does not itself delete server records or backups.

06 / Security and responsible use

We use authenticated access, firm and account authorization, encrypted transport, scoped credentials, and protected backups. No service can guarantee absolute security. Do not provide information you are not authorized to use. Important outputs and external actions require appropriate human review.
